So on lunch today I went to a spinning session at the YMCA. I haven't done that class in over a year. It was ROUGH and I was a HOT MESS after, but the high I got after doing it was amazing. I was soaked in sweat and taking deep breaths, but I did it. Also, since I got it over with, I get to go home, eat dinner and BE LAZY!
