Guys, what is Bulletproof coffee? Have seen reference to it a few times now. Curious.
Also...fasting day and it's hard not being in my own environment, but now that I've put it down here, it is officially a fasting day! Woot.

Saw something about bulletproof coffee last night. Anyway googled it..."Bulletproof Coffee is a branded coffee drink consisting of "Upgraded" black coffee blended with grass-fed butter and "Brain Octane oil".

Don't waste money on glorified coffee. Nescafe Classic is 0 calories! That's all that matters! lol! The only calories will be the milk and sugar. If you can switch to a 0 calorie sweetener and stick to 15ml milk per cup then you will be able to have a few cups during your fast :D

Thanks NankeS for the info. Big Boy, that's great. Fortunately I don't take sugar in my coffee and just a tad milk, so I'm relying on this vice to get me through fast days!! :) Will again be making a large pot of soup (mostly cabbage!)

The fat in the bulletproof will keep you satiated :) Just a word of warning unless you are fat adapted already, go easy on the butter or MCT oil or whatever you using. Some people complain of nausea. p.s. You have mail!

People drink bulletproof coffee while they are doing their fast to keep them from feeling hungry like LowCarb already said. It is not low on cals because of the fats.

Thank you for the info. It won't suit me then. I'm doing pretty well on 'standard' coffee.
