Have y’all tried red lentil pasta? It meets all my crazy dietary restrictions, and here are the reviews from my children:
11-year-old: “It doesn’t taste like a punishment!”
14-year-old: “Woah, Mom, can you eat this? I’m not taking care of you if you get sick.”
17-year-old: “This is filling the pasta-shaped hole of deprivation inside me. I hope this isn’t expensive. I want it weekly.”
I got it at Kroger for $3 for an 8oz box.
