Today will be my 3rd day of not hitting my 10,000 steps for walking. I needed to cut back for a few days. I still went for at least a mile walk everyday but my legs were killing me. Today I walked the pain out but ouch! I got my pedicure on Monday (my mom treats every 6 to 8 weeks) and they yelled at me to relax it for a few days. I was getting the leg massage and the guy said they felt like rocks with all the knots. Tomorrow will be back to normal but I really needed the break from the long walks for just a bit. ICAST is tomorrow also so I won't have a choice about walking. By the end of the day I should have a huge amount of steps in. Food should be fun tomorrow since it's at a trade show. I hope I can find something I can eat. Usually at least one of the vendors we use has a private room with food set up so I should be okay. It will be a long day.
