Ok so whats new with me....
in my dedication to weight loss I eventually succummed to hiring a personal trainer (at a whopping £150 per month!!! alot of money I know but i was desperate!) had my first session last saturday and by sunday I was immobilised! No seriously I was had the most horrendous back pain i have ever had and subsequently I have been off work sixk for the past week unbelieveable ...the pain is only now just starting to subside - i am now fearful of the gym...I dont think im going for at least another week - i think i might sue my trainer for loss of earnings!!! LOL no seriously it probably wasnt his fault just goes to show how unfit I am...

Whoa... I hope you start feeling better soon! I would LOVE to get a personal trainer, but they are wayyyy expensive. A few of my friends have them and they're always telling me how beat they are after the gym. I wonder if I'm not doing enough 'cause even though I am definitely tired after, I am not immobile like they are! Hang in there, you will start seeing results for sure!
