Whoooo today, thought I would weigh myself again today, even though Saturday is my weigh-in day. Yesterday I weighed 183.8, today I weighed 182.4 !!!!!!! Don't know where it went, but glad I saw a little change.
Starting today determined to eat my share of veggies from now on !
Walked Shotzie for her 15 minutes, thought since everything is nice & painted I'd clean my windows today, so did that, then did my pilates. Whew, now I'm ready to sit down for awhile & do some fun stuff.
Took measurements today and when compared to my 1/3/11 measurements I've lost 2" in every area - - I've could tell this in the way my clothes fit, even if the scale isn't being kind to me !
