I guess 190-92 is my happy weight at the moment? Though, in all honesty I haven't been very vigilant lately. This week I'm going back to measuring and weighing everything. I think, if I am able to manage it, that I am going to try just to stick with vegetables and chicken for the week. I have got to kick my chocolate habit =(
Anyway, I'm going to try a little then and now...

I had intended the then and now when I hit -40 but as I'm stuck at 190-92 here we go. Maybe this will serve as my motivation...
