Lots of fruit, no snacks I buy the small fudges, curly wurly, freddos low in cals n have 1 of each 🙄, but iv drunk loads of water n only have one kidney so sometimes I store it, do feel dissapointed with such a small loss when I feel like iv conquered a lot xx

It’s all about the small changes to the diet that makes it sustainable this is what I’ve learned like doing my own take on low carb not keto didn’t agree with me caused depression and kidney issues so u are making great progress slow & steady lovely Heather xxx

I don't do "exercise" call me lazy but I walk around 20000plus steps a day n from 5am until around 8pm I'm never still, n I'm too tired to do anything else, I have a weighted hoop but when iv finished work been home had my neices kids then cleaned up i can't wait for shower n bed xx
