Today was just terrible. The mixture of the heat and not wanting to cook. Ahoy I ate everything wrong carb city . At least I got a green smoothie in. I'm determine to get back on track. My stomach is out of control I can't even sit up straight this is ridiculous but I'll work harder in the more. Green smoothie here I come.
