Pretty much a disgraceful day food wise. I was at the beach all day with my family because my wonderful father absolutely insisted that I go instead of going to the water park with my friends... I'm pretty angry.

I've been doing my share of ass kicking with Jillian Michaels workouts LOL I just gotta step it up fitness wise I think. Thinking about joining this MMA gym down the street. They have killer kickboxing classes, just unsure about their rates. ;) and thanks! I appreciate it
