Thoughts on chinese hot pot? I’ve been eating it more often but i’m unsure about the caloric amount since it varies depending on ingredients. If any of you can help estimate that would be great, It’s also not all you can eat btw!
Anyways what i usually go for is a cup of wood ear mushrooms, half of a whole ramen, 2 small tofu chunks and 6 shrimps. I also don’t drink the broth if that helps.
