Its my birthday and I didn't reach my goal after all but I'm still happy with myself. After several months of rapid loss I was bound to reach a point where things would slow down and here I am. 2 lbs to go to goal... I'll do it in August!
66.7 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
