Lost 57lbs in 2018 and here I am again after gaining 45 back. I have to come up with a solid plan so this time I keep it off. I know exercising is really great and all that but I don’t like it. I lost 57 without exercising but I think to keep it off I should do something active . Walking..hiking… something.
