Must admit I'm a bit apprehensive about getting on the scales tomorrow... the amount I've eaten this week I'll be amazed if I've lost anything. Normally, when dieting, I wouldn't have eaten anything since lunchtime to try and get all the help I could with the weight loss (if any), but this time round, I'm not wanting to do the binge/starve thing so I'm having my tea as normal. I'm hoping for a loss but not holding my breath lol - wish me luck and I'll let you know tomorrow... :o)
