Ini ya resepnya,
30 gr tepung oat
100gr pisang (Dihancurin pake garpu sampe benyek),
Susu lowfat/Nonfat 50Ml,
Baking powder secuil,
Telur 1 butir
Hiasan :
Strawberry 30 gram
20 Gr selai Coklat PB Leanlab
cara Buat :
- Masukin Pisang yang uda diancurin, Tambahin 30 gr tepung oatmeal.
- tambahin telur 1 butir & Susu 50 ml, Aduk sampe rata.
- masukin baking powdernya
- Tuang adonan ke teflon (Dikit dlu), klo di ak jadi 4 adonan pancake ya.
