I have not been counting calories for a while. My husband was diagnosed with early Alzheimers. I need to do this in spite of all the challenges. One day at a time.

think of it as returning to taking care of you and trying to be as healthy a you as possible in the face of your challenges. You are likely stronger and more mentally prepared when you make good food choices for yourself most of the time. (It's also okay to use food to feel better in the moment, just in moderation :)) Aim for eating as a form of self-care, if you can. We're here for you.

That’s my kind of meal♥️ that looks really good I’ve been craving salads so I’ve been doing like the fresh purple and green cabbage cherry tomatoes and will either eat chicken, salmon, or tilapia. I’m sorry to hear about your husband. Prayers and hugs sent your way. You got this!
