looks like super seasoned dried or roasted tomato slices but i could be wrong! yum?

It is just oven roasted tomato slices with Italian seasoning, which is why they look super seasoned. I just slice them, drizzle with oil, season, and bake for 20 to 25 min. at 400.

Look really good but I would have to peel the tomato’s first…have a hard time digesting tomato skins under some circumstances
