07/28/11 Got stressed and ate ice cream and Red Vines after weighing n at my lowest weight yet. Why do I sabotage myself?

I have been sabotaging myself lately, too. Remember that ice cream and Redvines are absolutely okay to include in your diet, just in moderation. :-)

Defintion of insanity is repeating the same thing over and over again expecting different results :) - it will just take some time and conditioning to overcome that instinct, be consistent - you can do it!
