Just made a wonderful lunch. Will definitely add to the favorites! Simple to fix too. Avacado,carrot chips,radish slices, cucumber slices, boiled eggs and cheese stick with homemade ranch dressing to dip veggies in. Very filling and satisfying. Low carb and decent fiber. Got my walk in today and took mom to Walmart. My fitness tracker doesn't seem to track the shopping as well when I'm pushing a buggy. Will have to watch that.
