I joined this site last February 2022 and lost a few lbs. I then gave up as I do with most things. however here I am back again and determined once again to lose weight. I'm 68 years old with osteoarthritis in my legs so I lead quite a sedentary lifestyle. My birthday is in exactly 4 weeks time and I would like to lose half a stone before then. That would be a good "morale boost/kick start" for me. My sister in law, Liz, is also dieting with me.
