So looking forward to my spike day.... it's been hard this week to exercise, I didn't go to the gym today, but plan on doing my Jillian dvd after work before Trivia. It's my TOM and I always struggle when I get it... I get sooo tired and gain 3-5 lbs of water weight, and it always makes me feel discouraged, even though i know that 1 or 2 days after I am back down to 128, it makes me feel like "why bother! just eat everything in sight!" so I'm hoping that my cravings are satisfied on saturday so I can stick out next week. I feel like I only need to loose 4 more lbs and I will be able to just maintain my weight and have spike weekends! I think I'm going to try going to bed earlier too... b/c I'm a late night snacking queen! Just like my Mom was when I was growing up I think I got the habbit from her. So, I figure if Im' sleeping, I'm not eating! And I'm getting my much needed rest to repair my muscles that are STILL sore from Monday's work out! I guess that's a good thing though, it means I pushed my body to change and adapt!!
