OK so its July 27th. my daughter turned 3 months today. i feel like now is the time for me to get on my shit and lose this weight. there are no more excuses for me. i basically ran out of them. ima keep a journal entry everyday and make sure i eat right so my workouts wont be in vain. yea this is my time. ima do this and sweat it out till the end.
