I’ve got to come clean. 14 days away from this app and look what has happened. +2kg. Flying and driving around the country visiting multiple towns and multiple people eating what is on offer and of cause family are so generous in the catering category. And then there’s road food and water intake pushed to the side in place of coffee cake and beer. Cold weather is also a beast to deal with and hearty food is so welcoming. Lesson learnt. Take your eye off the goal and you begin to slide into old habits. However I was conscious of calories and calculate mentally where I should pull up. No need to say I’ve overshot my limit and some days by a long way. So here we go again back to the grindstone to wear down those kg’s in bite size chunks.
