Sorry for my part in misunderstanding about (lie) comment. Well today is a new day and am TWEAKING every thing and seeing how I can impliment all the SUPER advise, sugestions, and KIND KIND KIND suport. Found out some about Micros -didn''t know what they were now tweaking for quality calories. Also the statement that even when Injured you can still do something...so do it. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!
