Ate exactly as recorded in my food journal today. I will continue to eat less than 1500 calories each day and will weigh myself next Thursday only to see if there is any resulting weight loss.

When I was at 155 I set my calorie goal at 1200 to lose weight. If you aren't losing and you are logging everything then you probably need to adjust your daily calories down.
