Gained a pound. Tamara is NOT amused. She will be doing strict eating and working out for the rest of summer. Yesterday was a mess. Explains the pound.

Don't stress, it can just be various fluctuations if you haven't had enough water, if you've eaten too much salt... there's a million reasons! Just stick to weighing in once a week, it will give you an idea if the week's work was good or bad, and allow you to adjust for the next week.

Water.. drink lots of water.. seriously I went 3 days with minimal water this weekend (not really by choice) and I gained almost 9 pounds, and with in 3 days I am back down to where I was before so no worries that 1 pound will come off there is no way you gained a pound of fat in such a short amount of time.

It's strange... I woke up at 138 and after my morning yoga and pilates found myself at 136. You're probably right about the water. I felt pretty dehydrated!! Still got the cardio workout left to go - Time to mingle with Ms. Jillian Michaels!
