Well, I know there's a jump in the scale, but I'm not too worried. My mom and grandma came up for the weekend, so I wasn't following my diet. That's ok I know I'll lose some this week!
Saturday my mom and grandma got into town and we went to eat and then to see Julie & Julia, which was great! Yesterday we ate breakfast and then went shopping (Lowe's, Target, World Market, Pier One). Didn't get a whole lot, we were looking for some plates for me and a couple other things.
Anyway, they left last night, but had some car trouble (nothing major) and didn't want to drive at night just in case, so they came back. While they were gone I started preparing my food for the week, I love having it done! I cooked: a salad, brown rice, lentils, asparagus, broccoli, green beans, mushrooms, hard boiled eggs and turkey burgers. I was tired! But that's most of my main meals for the week, which makes it a lot easier to pack lunch. I went to bed earlier than normal and also got up and walked the dogs this morning. Did not exercise since my "guests" were still asleep.
Hope this means it'll be a good week!
