By June of 2021, I had lost 64 pounds! I went from 245 to 181. It was the best feeling in the world!! In July 2021, I was in a 4 car accident, and things just went downhill from there. I can hardly move without pain. My weight had climbed back to almost 210, but I am determined not to lose all my progress. Since the accident, in 2022, I had to have bulging discs removed and a spinal fusion. That, however, didn't alleviate my pain. So after many, many Doctors, tests, procedures, MRIs, x-rays, and therapy, it's now 2023, and they have determined I have avascular necrosis of femur head. English translation, the head of my femur, is dying, and I need hip replacement. Which is scheduled for June 21st, and hopefully, I will get my life back. Because of all this, plus I have fibromyalgia, sadly, I have put some weight back on.😔 However, I'm exercising every day, and I am coming home to "Fat Secret" to get me back on track! Here's to the start of our new journey together😀! After being back for less than a week, I'm down to 202.9.
