Wallowing in wine tonight. The day started with nearly having an accident with a tractor trailer on the way to work and ended with 2 hours of crawling around sheds, trucks and trailers looking for 18-inch truck tires (I have a desk job). The in-between was no better. I'm hoping wine will make the day end better.

Ugggh!!!!!!! Stress!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its a killer. But you did 1266 in eating calories for they day. That was awesome! My legal age weight loss I think they have it at 1275.

I too had a stressful day at work. I drank about 2 glasses of red wine too. We are allowed these kinds of days. I'm sorry you had a rough day but I'm glad that you are ok, thank God.

Thanks Pam and Charm. Actually, about 625 of those 1266 calories were empty wine calories, so I didn't do as well as I would have liked for food intake, but I stopped caring about how stressful my day was. :-) And, I made it to work today with no near misses, ate a nice home-made chicken salad for lunch (yesterday's lunch that I didn't have time to eat), and am getting things done (that doesn't involve manual labour), so today is making up for yesterday. :-)

Thank you Bill. If the rest of the week is like today, it'll be a good week. I enjoy wine and we make our own, which means there's pretty much an endless supply. Not sure if that's a good thing, but it's certainly much cheaper than buying at the local liquor store.
