Well, I had about 200 too many junk calories both today and yesterday, I need to cut that out. I did work out today though so that is good. I have been doing good on my overall calorie counts.It's been a while since I had a drop though, no fair! I am ready to lose some more. We went fishing last night, my husband, and daughter and I. Lots of little bitty perch were biting. It was pretty fun, but very hot, 106 degrees at 7 in the evening! BLAHHH.. I ended up holding water weight again today because of being out in the heat. I know it's water because I stayed low on my calories and it went up 1.4 pounds overnight. It went up after a high salt day, then back down to where it was, then up again after sweating it out when we went fishing. If it's not one thing it's another! I have been trying to cut down on the sodium but its super hard. Hopefully tomorrow it will go down a bit. This weekend I am going thrift shopping with my mother in law, hopefully I find some goodies. Other than regular thrift stores, we are also going to go to some garage sales, and TJ Maxx and Marshalls. I hope I can find some good clothes. If I don't love it, I won't buy it though, I will save my money and buy clothes elsewhere. Sometimes you can find cool things at thrift stores, but it like a treasure hunt. The good stuff is hidden amongst the crapola. Well I hope everyone is having a good day! Bye bye for now :)
