Counting calories really isn't enough for me; even on days where I eat very little, I somehow end up piling on pounds! I feel like it's more so a question of what I eat rather than how much. Could anyone give me a little insight into what macros should look like for me? I was assigned female at birth, but am transitioning and currently on HRT, so I've gotta learn to work with my body rather than fighting it for now. Any advice helps!
