Trying to get restarted. I had lost 40 lbs. got side tracked six months ago and gained all of my weight back. Finally fed up with being obese. I have decided I am going to get this weight of if it kills me. I have at least 130 pounds to lose and know i have a long way to go. I think right now the hardest part for me right now is the timing I am starting, right at the holiday season. I need to be successful during this time because ii I can't what's the point of continuing to try. I want to be skinny and healthy. It's so hard to do solo. some days I have no motivation

I think we all here had the same problem, try to focus on your goal and I favour that you do it on stages so each time you achieve one goal jump to the next one. Take it easy and don't torture yourself, it has to be step by step with a good welling and determination. Keep watching your calories this is the key to success. Good luck.
