Today, started a new RDI 1950 kcal as MSN diet plan suggested. Actually FS RDI is a little high 2200 kcal so I used this other one.

Yes, FS always is too high.

Glad that you agree with me, I was already reducing 200 kcal and now I reduced this 50 and my records say that I rarely get near that datum. Hopefully to continue like this :)
