A good drop from yesterday. I wasn’t able to do my run but I did a good amount of yard work and walking which was good exercise.
I have a good rhythm going with my meal planning and calorie counting. Hopefully I’m not dropping weight too fast, as that would likely decrease muscle and not fat. But some muscle loss is inevitable. Just gotta keep my protein uptake up to help keep muscle mass.
