Thankyou! I have been osing this past year, down 52 lbs so far. Im 39 lbs from goal. I have been trying the low carb lifestyle for about 1 1/ 2 months now and hitting a stall. Trying to read up on what I may be doing wrong.

What I know about low carb is that you want to balance healthy fats and protein - so look at the circular pie chart at the bottom of your food diary each day. I try for less than 10% carbs, less than 25% protein and about 65% healthy fats of coconut oil, nuts. avocado, olive oil, grass fed butter, etc.
