I've been very sick and bed rest since my 4 day stay at hospital back in April 11th and it's been so financially hard for me and my partner to find food at grocery stores these days on a extremely low budget so I have had to eat lots of carbs which has made me gain weight but hope soon when I'm fully recovered I will get back on track and start back losing. wish me luck
