B4 I started this life change I didn't socialize ... I have to say at all just stayed home and avoided all outings except have tos. Now with what I have lost I'm venturing out some and have gotten a little more able to move/walk out of wheelchair (except long walks) to walker and now now this Morning I was momentarialy was at a loss, as what to do as my walker broke... thank GOD as I had this quiet feeling it's ok just try to do with out now unsteady useing cain and today Yahoo!! slowly and carefully I'm using cane and walking limited but doing it. Just wanted to share what was bad news is really good news. Keep on going.
