Reading about "real" food. Sure is hard to eat/find "real" food. I do find I am spending a lot of time in the produce department and when not I am reading labels.
I have been recording my food intake for about two months now and been very consistent...even if I am bad. I am eating more at home and when I eat out I try to make reasonable choices and eat reasonable portions. Happy to stop when I have enough for a second meal at home. Love those doggie bags!
I have my goal set as 189 but have a lot more to lose. Setting small goals so they seem achievable. Happy to see the pounds slowly fall off and happy to know I am eating much healthier. It is all good.
