DAY ONE down of no meat. was alittle hard.made eggs and sauage for breakfast and almost gave in and had one link but passes, and didn't even want the ham and cheese i made my husband for lunch,but the hamburgers i made the family smelled so good, I did take a small cut up bite of my 2yr old but was pretty satisfied with my spicy beans and rice that I didn't give in. Hummas is yummy but have decided it hurts my stomach so need to back off it cause it could cause some of the bloat. I didn't exercise today except for in the pool and cleanng house.
