VEGETARIAN- hmm seriously thinking of going vegetarian starting tomorrow for two days to start and if I can do a week and than one day a week after that. I just feel like my stomach is extended/bloated and a friends vegan experiment seems to be working for her,she looks slimmer already. I'm pretty sure I couldn't go vegan but cut out meat and arifical foods for two days, I think I can do that. I want to start another round of p90x but still up 4lbs from when I finished the last one. So once I get down to 145 or 143 would be better, I WILL start another round. I will continue doing my eliptical or dvds till than maybe even through in a p90x dvd as well. so besides more veggies tonight at the store,some red and black beans, already have whole grain brown rice , no soda for two days might be the hard one but going to try.
