Feeling great today. I was up at 6 and worked out at 630. I was on the treadmill for half an hour and then 10 minutes of weights and stretching. Since I am pretty out of shape I really feel like it is a great start. I am working on my portion control and drinking lots of water. I am feeling great about it and about the fact that I can do this. It is great to have my families suport and help as I go through all of this. I know if I stick to it I can succeed and that is what I plan to do.
