YUM, I love veggie soup and it's just the weather for it. I'll definitely be making a pot myself tomorrow. It's a great way to pack in a variety of different veg-good for the gut biome apparently. The chickpeas are a great idea to make it more filling, and I need to eat more legumes Thanks for the inspiration Aitch11 :)

looks delicious I have a pot on now. Had to use up all the left over almost too soft veg.
I must add some chick peas I never thought to add them. Thank You for the idea.
