Oh yea I forgot. For some reason FS will not let me share my progress with everyone. In spite of complaining and what not. So I decided to post results in Journal. Because how else you gonna know how I am doing?
March 22nd got serious and started HGC weighed in at 278. Today I am 224 or 225. I am going to lose another 25, with in 2 Months. If you want to be my buddy you are welcome thanks for all you brave souls putting it out there. I get my encouragement from many of you, and I am full of advise or some just say full of it.
