Yes a boiled egg… not exactly posh but quick and easy to calcolate.That along with my same every day no brainer slushy porridge. And of course my vegetable concoction with Greek yogurt in.I’ve cut the vino 🍷 and when the weather dries up and my backache goes I’ll be off like a greyhound.Think positive thats me
