Been a Minute...
I started FS back in 2021 with incredible success. Reached my goal of 165 (down from just around 196) in a little over four months. if I recall correctly.
Starting a few months ago I realized I was consistently hovering around 180. Too close to where I was before. Decided I needed to jump back on FS to hold myself accountable, and get back into my target zone. This time, as a bonus, I am now going to the gym at least 3 times per week.
For maintenance, FS is like riding a bike. Already down a few pounds in just 5 days.
