Hi Extreme, so in here is some cherry tomatoes (halved), capers, anchovies (chopped), garlic (sliced), red chilli (sliced), black olives, basil, red wine vinegar and a bit of olive oil, salt and pepper. I make up the quantities as I go 😃They take about half an hour in the oven. The vinegar is important as it does something magic to the mix and also makes a nice juice with the tomatoes when you cut them open on the salad.
