Stelle no I won't be skipping the scale tomorrow, may be upset with myself but all the more reason to have a stronger comeback. However I did have a wonderful long weekend with family and friends. Just lost the self discipline.

Any kg's that have been picked up can and wil be lost...precious time with family as well as the indulgences that tend to go with it is irreplaceable.
