Morning exercise Bike: 33 minutes, 14-15 mph, 6-7 resistance, 8miles. Way to tired to do anymore tonight:(

That's plenty! Don't worry about it, 30 minutes is still good! I stayed up too late last night and was too exhausted to work out today. I was also still sore form yesterday's workout. Oh, well there's always tommorow!
