It would seem like I’m still eating too little protein.
Tomorrow onwards I’ll add whey protein to my diet. Drinking protein will probably be easier than eating.
I do well with protein. I’ve always felt more energized and less hungry when eating high protein diets.
Also, I’ve got to increase my water intake. When did I start having so little water ? Well it’s been over 3 bottles. But that’s little for my standards. Drinking more water should help me control this feeling of hunger and BOREDOM.
Why do I want to eat when I’m bored? I could want to exercise, but nooooo. I made myself associate boredom with hunger. That’s not smart. And that’s copied from that damned spouse of mine.
