3 days in my spouse’s house and I’m back to starting point. I don’t think it’s possible to actually gain 2 kg in 3 days so I’m hoping it will quickly reduce over the next few days. But it is a huge issue indeed if I can’t keep eating moderately and healthy when we are together. It’s not good for life.
